There has been a huge amount of interest in the Kitchen and so it's hard to put a price on it. As a guide we want offers around $10,000 for the entire kitchen & appliences, which we think is fair. The appliances alone cost over $16,000 when new and the actual kitchen (Cabinetry & stone) was over $15,000. So well over $30,000 when new, we are sacrificing it at 1/3rd of that price. It's still in very good condition.

The kitchen will be ready for removal between 1st of October to mid October 2023.
You will need to remove and transport it yourself with your own equipment.
