The laundry doors are finished off in white polyurethane and have a laminate benchtop, laminate cabinet & shelving and glass splashback.
It consists of 2 double bifold doors, the first set of doors (on the left) contains the 2 door laundry cabinet (870mm wide x 910mm high x 700mm deep) with a stainless steel sink (490mm wide x 405mm deep) and comes with a tap mixer. Above the cabinet are 4 shelves with a total hight of 1080mm and each shelf is 870mm wide x 290mm deep.
On the right side bifold doors there is a space for a washer & dryer with shelves above 870mm wide, 800mm high and 560mm deep.
All items must be removed using your own tools & transported by the buyer. It will be ready for you to come and remove from 1st October to mid October 2023.
The washing machine is a Miele Honeycomb care W3725. RRP was $1899 when new
The drier is a Miele Novotronic T440C (Condensor type)
